Glove fitting
Measure your hand once and get your glove size, regular or cadet cut, and the right hand to wear it on. Right-handed golfers wear the glove on their left hand.

Two measurements are all you need, and you only ever measure your gloved hand — the lead hand at the top of the grip. Use a soft tape measure and keep your hand relaxed rather than flexed or squeezed.
Regular and Cadet are cuts, not quality grades. A Cadet glove of a given size has a slightly wider palm with shorter fingers, while the Regular of the same size has a narrower palm with longer fingers. If your hands are broad for their finger length — a very common shape — the Regular cut leaves loose material at the fingertips even when the palm and closure feel right, and Cadet solves it without sizing down across the whole glove.
Cadet cuts are commonly offered in men's Small through X-Large, which is the range this calculator supports. Women's gloves are typically sold in a single cut.

The calculator treats hand circumference and middle-finger length as two independent signals. It compares your measurements with the reference profile of every supported size in both Regular and Cadet cuts, weights hand circumference slightly more heavily because it drives overall glove width, and returns the closest match. When your measurements land near a boundary or disagree with each other, it also returns an alternate size to try and lowers the stated confidence instead of pretending the answer is exact. This is Club Rehab's independent fitting tool, informed by common golf-glove fitting conventions — it is not an official calculator of any glove manufacturer, and brand patterns vary.
